1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 11, 2016, at around 03:40, the Defendant visited the restaurant near the aftermath of the D University located in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, to drink the victim E (hereinafter referred to as 19 years old) and potato, which he became aware of by his employee, followed the victim’s house to the house, and operated the G University Observation Team located in the Dong-gu, Gwangju-si, without disregarding the victim’s request to leave the house to the house.

At around 04:30 on the same day, the Defendant, as described in paragraph 2, went away from the house in which the victim was forced to commit an indecent act as described in paragraph 2, and thereby forced the victim to put the victim into the house by force and divide the corrective devices into the chief of the Defendant’s car operation. The victim was forced to leave the house, to prevent the escape from the defect, and to avoid the escape, and to drive a car to the extent of the fire in the G University by disregarding the victim’s request.

Accordingly, the defendant detained the victim for about one hour.

2. On the same day, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force with the victim by using the fact in a car only with the victim, committed an indecent act by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act. At around 04:10 on the same day, the Defendant used the first road located in H in the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City to put the victim’s hand and put his arms above the shoulder of the victim, and committed an indecent act by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act by taking the victim’s hand on his hand after having arrived at the observation team of the said G University. After having arrived at the said G University, the Defendant used the victim’s own hand to see the victim’s own hand, and rhumbly humping the refused to do so, and committed an indecent act by force.

At around 04:30 on the same day, the Defendant, as indicated in the lower part of paragraph (1) at around 04:30 on the same day, moved the victim into the top of a passenger car, milch with the victim's chairs behind the victim's seat, took the victim's shoulder by hand, and committed an indecent act by force by dividing the body of the victim into the part of the defendant's arms.

In this respect, the defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act three times.
