1. The Defendant’s KRW 67,155,727 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 5% per annum from December 16, 2016 to January 10, 2018.
Reasons
1. On January 19, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a service contract with the Defendant that the Plaintiff would provide the U.S. dollars, parking and cart management services of the Defendant shop, and has renewed the said contract until May 31, 2016 (hereinafter “instant service contract”). The main contents are as follows.
[Contents and scope of the contract] Details of services to be provided by the trustee (Plaintiff, hereinafter the same shall apply) in this contract are as follows:
Detailed details shall be managed in accordance with the U.S. dollars and parking/kart work management manuals, and the work management manuals for each store may be changed in consultation with each other.
1. A consignee (the defendant; the same shall apply hereinafter) (the details and scope of services of US dollars (daily management resident personnel) services 2) the cleaning and rearrangement of all auxiliary facilities, such as selling stores, corridors, toilets cleaning and management, walls, ceilings, garbage removal, and cleaning of post-waste storage, 3) the cleaning and rearrangement of the main building's outer walls and outer glass windows (including once a year and ice hold glass) 5) the cleaning (the defendant; the same shall apply hereinafter);
6)Preparation of work reports for the performance of services in the work management manuals for each store determined by agreement between the consignee and the consignee, 7) and other services subject to consultation between the consignee and the consignee in order to achieve the purpose of this Agreement;
2.In order to manage the building smoothly, the details and scope of the services of the United States (at nights) Weights (Weights) at night to maintain the building; 2) At night, active cooperation shall be made with respect to the relevant affairs.
3) The consignee shall hold regular consultations with the consignees on the Weighting Work Plan on a monthly basis. 4) The cleaning equipment owned by the consignees necessary for Weighting Work is jointly used.
5) Each person’s complaint required for the Weights work may be jointly used under a mutually acceptable agreement. 6) The resident enterprise must confirm and check the results of the Weights work, and the quality standard as a result.
