The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (the factual error, the misapprehension of the legal principle) did not err by misapprehending the legal principles, but by collecting waste building materials from one’s own vehicle within business hours, and thus did not have the intention of larceny. The act of dumping wastes or scrap iron belongs to the typical category of act on the water and collecting scrap metal, and where a field-related person raises an objection during the process of collecting scrap metal, the lower court erred by misapprehending the legal principles, thereby making a mistake of facts, thereby convicting the Defendant of the crime of larceny, and thereby finding the Defendant guilty, by misapprehending the legal principles.

2. Determination

A.
