A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 19, 2012, at around 02:35, the Defendant: (a) driven a BM5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.18% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.18%; and (b) neglected to perform the duty of ebbbbbbbbing the front distance in front of the BM5 vehicle located in the Gu-U.S. Pursuant to the Paris Lbast, the Defendant received the front left part of the D-hand part of the victim C (the age of 27)’s car that was driven in the two-lane due to the occupational negligence of driving the vehicle, while neglecting the duty of ebbbbrating the front distance from the ebbbbbbbr.

After all, the defendant, while escaping, had a low-priced car of the victim C on the front side of the Han Bank located in the Dong-dong of the Gu-U.S.-si, and the victim E (28 years old) who is the chief passenger of the victim C's low-priced car driving the above car to the left-hand side, and received the victim E's right-hand kne part of the front right-hand part of the car.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, committed an injury to the victim C, such as salt, tension, etc. of the bones of wood, which requires medical treatment for about two weeks, and sustained injury to the victim E, such as satise salt, etc. requiring medical treatment for about two weeks, while at the same time, the Defendant destroyed the part of the pents, etc. of the victim C’s low-priced car pents, etc. to be repaired, and escaped without immediately stopping necessary measures such as providing rescue to the victim.
