A Imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for a year, respectively.

However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. In early 2005, Defendant A was unable to obtain income from agriculture and daily labor due to diseases, such as high pressure and paralysis, around early 2005, Defendant A hospitalized the hospital as if there was a disease requiring hospitalization, despite that there was a disease requiring hospitalization, even though there was no at all the disease, or that there was a serious need for hospitalization.

Thus, around January 4, 2005, the Defendant purchased 8 insurance as shown in the attached Table 1, from that time until August 25, 2005, including purchasing 153,650 won monthly insurance premium, and 30,000 won per day of hospitalization.

Since February 1, 2008 to February 27, 2008, the Defendant hospitalized the E hospital located in Msan-si D with a high blood pressure and low blurium, but the Defendant was hospitalized in the hospital to cover the living expenses with insurance money, and the Defendant did not actually have a high blood pressure or burgical disease to the extent that the hospital needs to be hospitalized for 27 days.

Nevertheless, the Defendant applied for insurance money for the above hospitalization by deceiving the victim's interest country life, merz fire, post office, and Samsung Bio-resources, as shown in Section 1 of the attached Table 1, and received insurance money for the total amount of KRW 2.7 million from the victims as stated in Section 1 of the attached Table 1.

In addition, the Defendant, from that time until December 22, 2014, by deceiving the victims in the above 42 manner, as shown in the attached Table 1 list of crimes, and received a total of KRW 106,194,261 from the victims as insurance proceeds.
