1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the defendant's Republic of Korea regarding each real estate listed in the separate sheet 2 to 6.

1. In the first instance trial, the Plaintiffs sought implementation of the procedure for registration of cancellation of each registration of cancellation on each of the real estate listed in the separate list Nos. 1 through 6 against the Defendant Republic of Korea. The court of first instance accepted all of the claim for the performance of the procedure for registration of cancellation on each of the above real estate.

Since only the defendant Republic of Korea appealed against each real estate listed in paragraphs 2 through 6 of the same list among the judgment of the first instance, the scope of the trial of this court is limited to each real estate listed in paragraphs 2 through 6 of the same list except the real estate listed in paragraph 1 of the same list.

2. Basic facts

A. On March 13, 1912, the Land Survey Book concerning Gyeonggi-gun D, which was conducted under the Decree on Land Survey in the Japanese Occupation Period, states that “F” with the domicile in “F” was received from each of the above G 228 and H 3,417 (hereinafter “each real estate before the instant subdivision”) on March 13, 1912.
