The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff, including the status of the party, had children E, F, G, H, I, the Defendant, J, and K, etc. However, on January 14, 199, the unmarried K died due to an industrial accident at the Jeju L Corporation site. On January 19, 199, the Plaintiff and D received 115,000,000 won under the terms of consolation money and the funeral expenses under the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (hereinafter “instant compensation”) from the employer of K for the compensation for survivors and funeral expenses under the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, and granted it to the Defendant.

B. The defendant on September 6, 199, as stated in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter "the land of this case") stated in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter "the land of this case"), which is owned by the plaintiff.

(2) On July 4, 2005, the Defendant completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of donation on August 1, 2005. The Defendant completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of sale on July 1, 2005 with respect to the land No. 2 (hereinafter “instant land”).

On November 5, 1999, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to 574 square meters of 9514 square meters of the above land. On February 22, 2000, as to the remaining shares (8940 percent of 9514 square meters of 574 square meters of the above land divided from the above common property, the ownership transfer registration was completed on January 31, 200 on the ground of co-owned property under the Defendant’s sole name. After that, the ownership transfer registration was completed on October 18, 201, the land category was changed from the P574 square meters of the above Jeju-si, where the ownership transfer registration was completed on October 18, 2001.

On August 11, 2010, land No. 3 listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “third land of this case”) according to a replotting disposition under an urban development project.

(4) On September 11, 2013, R, the Defendant’s spouse, was replaced by Q. Q. Q. 265 square meters in Jeju Island, and R, the instant building (hereinafter “instant 4”) indicated in the attached Table No. 3 on the ground of the instant land.
