A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a DNA car.

Around 00:20 on June 19, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car and driven the front road of the foreign exchange bank, which is located in the 68th Ropo-ro Mapo-ro Mapo-ro Mapo-si, along the two-lanes between the peace square and the third-lane between the two-lane.
