1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,000,000 and 24% per annum from March 1, 2009 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff loaned Defendant C and D KRW 70,000,000 on February 6, 2009 to Defendant B, and drafted a certificate of borrowing that determined Defendant C and D as a joint guarantor, as of the end of February 2009, and as of the end of February 2009, interest at the rate of 2% per month.
B. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,000,000 and interest thereon at the rate of 24% per annum from March 1, 2009.
