L is the captain of J. 2) L was discovered to the Seo Sea Fishery Management Body on the ground that the operation of the J was conducted using one modified fishing gear (line chain) that was not permitted at sea on July 27, 2012, around 00:40, using 3.0 miles-do, the Northwest-gun, the Northwest-gun, the Northwest-do, the Northwest-do, the Northwest-gun, the Northwest-do, the Northwest-do, and around 21:40 on July 27, 2012.

On September 21, 2012, the Defendant received a written request from the Yellow Sea Fisheries Management Committee for an administrative disposition against each violation of the Fisheries Act by the Plaintiffs, and on the ground that “the Defendant carried out the unpermitted fishing-line-oriented fishing without permission” after undergoing prior notice of disposition and procedures for submitting opinions, the former Fisheries Act was enacted on March 23, 2013.
