Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 3, 2015, around 18:30, the Defendant discovered the victim B’s bank located adjacent to the Plaintiff’s 46-ro, “Seongcheon-dong,” located adjacent to the Plaintiff’s headquarters in the “Seongcheon-gu, Busan Metropolitan City Culture ice,” as the Geumcheon-gu, Busan.

Accordingly, the defendant, who was old of living expenses, has been living in cash, etc., left one colored reflecting cash, etc. after leaving the bank of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the total amount of KRW 50,00,000, cash 11,000, and six card cards (the national bank, modern, Samsung, Busan Bank, POP, and modern cargo failure), as seen above, the market price of the victim-owned refluor A, and the total amount of KRW 61,00,00.

2. On August 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around August 201, 201, at “Eel” operated by the victim C victim D in Busan Northern-gu; (b) presented the stolen modern card, such as the preceding paragraph, to the victim, who is unaware of the fact, as he/she was himself/herself, and approved KRW 40,000 as accommodation expenses.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim as above, thereby deceiving 40,000 won of accommodation expenses.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit was using a stolen card with approval of KRW 40,000,000, at the same time and at the same place as that of the preceding paragraph.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the law of financial business specializing in credit as above.
