A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had followed the relationship between the victim C (V, 54 years old) and the victim since 14 years ago, but recently, the victim was flicked with the victim who did not want to arrange the relationship.

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On May 29, 2017, around 11:15, the Defendant came to the house of the victim located in Tong Young-si D, and infringed upon the victim’s residence by entering the front of the second floor of the victim’s residence through an unrecepted gate.

B. On May 30, 2017, around 12:25, the Defendant infringed upon the victim’s residence by the aforementioned method.

2. Damage to property;

A. The Defendant: (a) opened a valve at the same time, at the same place as the foregoing paragraph 1-A; (b) opened two LPG gas stations with which the market price of the victim’s ownership is unknown; and (c) laid down two fire parts of 20,000 won of the market price on the floor and destroyed them.

B. At the same time, at the same place as the above paragraph 1-B, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s market price by throwing one tone and six tone on the floor, where the victim’s market price cannot be known.

3. Around 12:25 on May 30, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven, without a vehicle driver’s license, e.g., Samsung C&M 398 at the coast of Tong Young-si and then driven, from the apartment on the road to the road through through through through through through through Dong-si 4 roads in Tong Young-si, Common Young-si, e.g., one-lane 1-lane 4, through through Dong-si, Common Young-si.
