A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle with B high speed in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.).

2. On June 22, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 500,000 as a fine for the violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Seoul Eastern District Court.
