A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, on November 2001, entered the Republic of Korea as a tourism visa; the Defendant, at the time of the Korea-Japan World Cup 2002, extended the period of stay by June 3, 2005 as a policy for extending the visa of the illegal aliens, but did not depart from the Republic of Korea until now.
The Defendant conspired with C by using the F’s foreign registration certificate, which was in his possession, to move the E-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-
1. On January 28, 2013, the Defendant, along with C, presented an identification card to change the name of the HF car from the HF office located in G on January 28, 2013, from D to F, to an employee of the said trading company, and presented the said F F’s foreigner registration certificate in advance, as if the Defendant and C were given a right to use the certificate.
Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, exercised a foreign registration certificate against F in the name of the head of branch office in the jurisdiction of the Gwangju Immigration Office.

In order to change the name of a non-stop vehicle from D to F at the date, time, and place specified in paragraph (1) together with C, C entered the name of the above non-stop vehicle into D, and C entered “D” on the transferor’s “D” in the “motor vehicle sales contract” printed by the employees of the above sales company, stating the necessary matters in advance in a computer, and the Defendant voluntarily stated “F” on the transferee’s “F” and submitted it to the employees of the above sales company.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, forged a sales contract for a used car in the name of F, which is a private document concerning rights and duties, and presented it to the employees of the above sales company.
3. Any false entry, false entry, and electromagnetic records; and
