Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the above sentence against Defendant A.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Damage to property;

A. At around 22:30 on April 11, 2013, Defendant A collected 12 water cupped in an amount equivalent to 12,000 won in the market price owned by the injured party B, which was operated by the injured party B in the Macheon-gun, Cheongcheon-do, the Cheongcheon-do, and then damaged the 750,000 square meters in the market price, on the ground that the injured party was aware of the relationship with the Defendant and then the Defendant was aware of the relationship with the Defendant.
