1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 54,362,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 5, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

As to the assertion and judgment, the Plaintiff sought payment of the amount calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 5, 2016 to the date of delivery of a copy of the instant complaint, as well as the amount calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from October 5, 2016 to the date of full payment.

As to this, the defendant does not clearly dispute the facts of the plaintiff's cause of claim, it shall be deemed that the facts of cause of claim have been led to confession.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
