1. 특수 협박 피고인은 2018. 3. 16. 20:40 경 B 그랜저 승용차를 운전하여 청주시 청원 구 양청 택지 3 길에 있는 양 청중학교 앞 편도 1 차로 도로를 진행하던 중 피해자 C( 여, 42세) 이 운전하는 D 토스카 승용차가 저속으로 진행하면서 추월을 방해하였다는 이유로 화가 나 중앙선을 넘어 피해자 승용차를 추월한 다음 갑자기 피해자 승용차의 앞으로 끼어든 후 급 정거를 하였고, 이에 놀란 피해 자가 피고인 승용차 후방에서 상향 등을 수회 켠 다음 좌회전을 하자 피해자 승용차를 뒤따라가 피해자 승용차를 추월한 다음 재차 피해자 승용차 앞으로 끼어든 후 아무런 이유 없이 급정거하였다.
