피고인은 2018. 5. 18. 18:20 경 부산 영도구 남포동에 있는 지하철 제 1호 선 남포 역에서 서면 방향의 전동차에 탑승한 다음, 전철이 서면 역에 도착할 무렵 이름을 알 수 없는 20대 여성 피해자의 뒤에 서서 오른손을 자신의 바지 주머니에 넣은 채 그 손등 부위로 피해자의 엉덩이 부위를 비볐다.

이어서 피고인은 이름을 알 수 없는 40대 여성 피해자의 뒤에 서서 위와 같은 방법으로 피해자의 엉덩이 부위를 비볐다.
