If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2012, around 08:30 on October 19, 2012, the Defendant driven a B-car under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.117 percent from the path in front of the Solsan City, which is located in the Solsan-dong, Busan City, to the front line of the U.S. which is located in the hot spring dong-gu, Busan.
