1. The Defendant is a person engaging in dump truck driving service;

On September 17:52, 2019, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.078% in blood, and proceeded at a speed of 30 km from 433 degrees as the rain of Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, the repair service distance road of 333 degrees as the rain of Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and the repair service distance road of 30km at a speed of 30 km between the two-lanes as the shooting distance of the front-school station.
