A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall pay 150,000 won to C who is an applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2, 2015, the Defendant sentenced 10 months to imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court on July 2, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention Center on November 26, 2011.

D around September 2017, H University Dormitory G in Indonesia, using the computer screen program as above, “E”, “I”, “K”, “K in the column of business type,” and “K in the column of permission date,” and “F on March 25, 1997,” were written in the name (representative) column of the “Permit for Truck Forwarding Business”, which was issued by the Defendant from the Defendant. Around September 2017, the Defendant: (a) conspired with the head of the relevant Gun with the head of the relevant Gun with the “Permit for Truck Forwarding Business”; (b) signed one “Permit for Truck Forwarding Business”; (c) sent one copy of the “Permit for Truck Forwarding Business” in the name of the head of the relevant Gun with the seal affixed to the head of the relevant Gun; and (d) sent one copy of the “Permit for Truck Forwarding Business,” and (e) sent the same to E with the head of the relevant Gun to the Defendant via a printed electronic phone printing machine in Busan-gun Gun around September 2017.
