The punishment of the accused shall be determined by six years of imprisonment.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

From April 2017 to June 2017, the Defendant leased one of the following discharge from the injured party D (Woo, 86 years of age) in his/her residence in the Gannam Development-gun, and the injured party is a person with a serious disorder in recognition of symptoms as a dementia patient.

1. Larceny;

A. On May 3, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime on May 3, 2017, at around 08:00 on May 3, 2017, in a room where the victim’s residence is located, and by making use of the gaps where the victim’s surveillance is neglected, in cash 60,00 won on the wall of the victim’s residence.

(b) On February 15, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime on February 15, 2018, in cash 400,000 won from the fingers of the victim in his/her on or around 10:00, by taking advantage of the gaps of surveillance and negligence of the victim in his/her dwelling, and by taking advantage of the gaps of surveillance and negligence of the victim.

2. Night-time theft;

On March 5, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime around March 5, 2018: (a) intrudes on the victim’s residence at around 22:00, in mind that the cash would be stolen; (b) and (c) 400,000 won in cash on the part of the victim’s fingers in the where the victim’s seat was neglected to monitor the victim; and (d) by taking advantage of the gaps where the victim’s seat was located in the head of the

B. On March 8, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime on or around March 8, 2018, upon intrusion upon the victim’s residence at around 22:00, in the intent to steal the cash, and upon taking advantage of the gaps where the victim’s surveillance was neglected, 40,000 won in cash on the part of the victim’s fingers in the fore part of the fore part of the victim in the fore part of the head of the fore part.
