A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On April 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Daejeon District Court. On March 31, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the Daejeon District Court’s Incheon District Court’s Branch Branch, and on April 21, 2017, sentenced one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the Daejeon District Court’s Branch Branch, and completed the execution of the final sentence in the second sub-section of the North Korean Branch on September 11, 2018.

[2] On October 23, 2019, the Defendant posted a soup, so called “D sales of a mobile phone” on the bulletin board of “D”, which is a medium online trading site, at a time when making soup, Daegu Suwon-gu, 2019, and falsely read that “The Defendant would first deposit money to the victim E, who visited the victim E, send a phone call.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send a portable telephone even if he receives the price for the goods from the injured party.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceiving the victim and transferred KRW 210,00,00 to the G account (Account Number H) in the name of the defendant's female-friendly job offering F under the name of the sales proceeds of telephone carried by the victim as above, as well as from that time to January 16, 2020 by deceiving the victims in a total of 10 times from that time, as shown in the separate crime list, and was remitted to the victims total of KRW 2,340,50.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims to receive property.
