A is the representative of the Corporation B, a corporation located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and is responsible for overall management of the safety and health of its employees, and the defendant corporation B is a corporation that has operated the construction business, such as electrical construction, with its head office located in the Si, Sung-nam-si, Incheon Metropolitan City, and the defendant corporation B is a corporation owner who has contracted the said new construction with F and has operated the construction business with three employees under the supervision of F.

A business owner of a defendant A shall require workers engaged in dangerous work to wear an automatic protective outfit, and shall take measures necessary to prevent industrial accidents, such as blocking the course in question, in cases where workers are likely to wear the course by handling charging a charge, or by doing work in the vicinity thereof;
