A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:30 on December 7, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.201% on blood alcohol concentration, and the Defendant driven a Esch Rexroth car from the 3km section of approximately 3km to the front road of the building in the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu, while driving the vehicle in the same manner as the Plaintiff was under the influence of alcohol content.

2. At around 02:30 on December 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sent to the police officer G, a slope belonging to the Fream Zone of the Daegu East Police Station, Daegu East Police Station (the age of 46) who had performed the foregoing alcohol and driven Esch Rexroth vehicles in front of the said D Building after receiving a report of 112 on the said drinking; (b) without any justifiable reason, the Defendant told the police officer G (the age of 46) to have the desire to have the following, such as “dwar, farbing the farb of the farb of the farb of the farb of the farb farb farb farb farb. f. f. f. b., the Defendant

이에 경찰관 G이 피고인에게 술 냄새가 너무 많이 나는 것을 확인하고 피고인의 혈중알콜농도 측정을 위해 F지구대로 임의동행할 것을 요구하자, 피고인은 경찰관 G을 밀치고, 주먹으로 그를 때리려는 시늉을 하였으며, 손가락으로 그의 눈을 찌르고, 손톱으로 그의 오른쪽 얼굴 부위를 할퀴었으며, 그의 머리카락을 잡고, 멱살을 잡아 흔들었다.

피고인은 계속하여 피고인을 제지하기 위해 현장으로 지원을 온 대구동부경찰서 F지구대 소속 경위인 피해자 H(54세)에게 ‘니는 뭐꼬 십할새끼야!’라고 욕설을 하면서 손톱으로 위 H의 왼쪽 손등을 긁었다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to 112 reported handling duties.
