1. As to the Plaintiff’s real estate indicated in the attached Form:
A. Defendant B’s social welfare foundation is Daejeon District Court on July 29, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Plaintiff’s membership 1) The Plaintiff is a limited partnership established on November 18, 197 for the purpose of market construction and management. 2) Before July 10, 2014, the Plaintiff’s employees and their shareholdings are as listed below [Attachment 1]. At the time, the Plaintiff’s representative members were C.
1) The Plaintiff continued to hold the company in the corporate register on July 17, 2014, according to a resolution of the general meeting of employees as of July 10, 2014, and E and F, each of which are general partners D 3,600,000 won and 2 general partners with unlimited liability 3,000 won and 3,400,000 won and 4 limited liability partners with limited liability 3,400,000 won and 3,500 won and 3,500,000 won and 4 limited liability partners with limited liability / [3] Plaintiff’s shares before July 10, 2014, the Plaintiff completed the registration of the Plaintiff’s shares by acquiring the Plaintiff’s shares as the limited liability partners with limited liability as of 10,000,000 won, and 3,000,000 won and 3,000 won and 3).
5) As a final and conclusive judgment as described in paragraph (c)(1) below, D, E, and F were registered as the Plaintiff’s member on March 15, 2017, and E was appointed as the Plaintiff’s representative member on April 19, 2017.
B. 1) The Plaintiff is the Defendant B Social Welfare Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”).
(3) On July 29, 2014, the Daejeon District Court received No. 76475 on July 29, 2014, and owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant real estate”).
As to July 10, 2014, the registration of ownership transfer was completed based on the gift agreement (hereinafter “instant registration of ownership transfer”).
(2) The Defendant foundation registered the establishment of the instant real estate with the Daejeon District Court No. 1726, Jan. 8, 2016, which was received on January 8, 2016, based on the obligor Jin, the maximum debt amount of KRW 1,440,000,000, and the contract establishing a contract dated January 8, 2016.
