A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On December 20, 2014, at around 06:00, the Defendant drinked alcoholic beverages on the package c’ in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul. On December 20, 2014, the Defendant used the victim D (n, 27 years of age) and the victim E (n, 27 years of age) out of the packing straw, depending on the victim’s hand, and tried to use the victim E by continuously punishing both arms.

Accordingly, the defendant forced victims to commit indecent acts.
