1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 20,436,750 and KRW 20,436,716 among them, from April 29, 201 to February 28, 2011.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

[However, pursuant to the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Act No. 1350, Sep. 25, 2015; Oct. 1, 2015), with respect to damages for delay, the interest rate of 15% per annum shall be applied from October 1, 2015; thus, a part of a claim for damages for delay shall be dismissed.
