The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Comprehensively taking account of the summary of the grounds for appeal (definite) GF’s statement, the method of dealing with the business of supplying the ground, such as the entry in the trading ledger, and the credibility of the Defendant’s statement on the change of the master, etc., the fact that the Defendant was already aware of the fact that, around 2008, he was already aware of the fact that the mother made of the coins with East and Aluminium (hereinafter “CC coins”).
Nevertheless, the judgment of the court below acquitted the defendant, and the judgment of the court below erred by mistake of facts.
2. On May 20, 2012, the Defendant had the head of the office of the said attorney-at-law prepare a false complaint against F and G with the aim of having F and G receive criminal punishment from the office of the said attorney-at-law office in front of D, which is located in Do Government-si, Do-si, Do-si.

However, due to the increase in the same value from G around 2008, the defendant was notified that he was produced a fluor as a co-day with the same aluminium, and thus he was released from F and G.
