1. The Defendant shall pay 27,500,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 4, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

According to the records in Gap evidence No. 1, the defendant prepared a cash custody certificate to the effect that the defendant would pay KRW 30,000,000 to the plaintiff on June 22, 2011 by October 31, 201.

The Plaintiff received KRW 2,500,000 from the Defendant around May 2013.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed amount of KRW 27,500,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from March 4, 2015 to the date of full payment after the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
