Punishment of the crime

[2018 High Court 920] The defendant was appointed as a pastor of B church located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government on April 2017.

The defendant joined L among the B church believerss, and reported that he saws from the first floor through satellite TV on several occasions, but the first floor of the defendant rejected it.

On January 28, 2018, at around 02:00, the Defendant cut off electric wires connected respectively to one TV set at the first floor of the B church, which is located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, at the top floor of the B church D, and concealed them in the church warehouse, thereby making it difficult to discover said TV, etc.

[2018 High Court 1218 / The defendant is a pastor in the non-improvement of the B church located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the victim M (53 ) is a pastor in the L of the above church, who is in conflict with the above church's leading authority.

On January 31, 2018, at around 19:15, the Defendant: (a) reported that the injured party was waiting to prepare for a short time in the first floor room for the peace worship of the above church; and (b) assaulted the injured party in both arms, such as taking the appearance of the injured party, taking the bridge of the injured party, taking the bridge of both arms, etc.
