Punishment of the crime

On January 23, 2018, at around 16:04, the Defendant:265, the Defendant: (a) released the cash withdrawal amounting to KRW 300,000,000 in cash from the new bank Gangseo casino branch (5012 times); and (b) stolen the cash withdrawal amounting to KRW 300,000,000 from the new bank Gangseo casino branch (50:0,000).
