Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2016, around 10:40, the Defendant driven B-type truck without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 40 km from the 826 km-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu to the point of 192 km-si, Seo-gu, Seosan-si.
