Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 7, 2013, when the defendant appeared and testified at the Seoul Western District Court located in Mapo-gu, Seoul, as a witness of the lawsuit for return of unjust enrichment against D 2012 Gohap8932, which was brought by D against D, the defendant, as a witness of the lawsuit for return of unjust enrichment, D only brought 16 million won out of the deposit money on the day of the case, and did not bring about the remainder of 40 million won, the defendant E's defense counsel asked Defendant E's counsel to "I see money at the bank, but if the witness did not receive the above deposit, three male persons did not bring money to the plaintiff because he did not receive the witness, and he did not take money." The plaintiff again asked the plaintiff D that "I tell the witness with the name of male and that the witness should be memoryed only by the name of the witness."

Accordingly, the defendant made a false statement contrary to his memory and raised perjury.
