A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant was sentenced to a fine of 500,000 won on August 11, 2003 for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (even at night or joint conflict), and a fine of 3 million won on October 10, 2003 for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (even at night or joint conflict), a fine of 3 million won for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act on December 15, 2004, a fine of 3 million won for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act on June 28, 2005 (even at night or joint conflict), and sentenced to a fine of 4 million won on June 5, 2009, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Central District Court on January 28, 2010.
The Defendant, from March 2013 to February 2015, 2015, received KRW 1,200,000,000 from the victims of drinking games, on 24 occasions, a total of 54 times from the victims of drinking games, such as: (a) the victim’s work in Busan Jung-gu, U.S., is “to report whether the victim was engaged in illegal business or not; and (b) the victim’s desire to take part in his/her name from the game room to the point of control; or (c) the victim’s attempt to report the game room to the police or interfere with the business of the game room.”
In addition, the Defendant, from the above date to January 28, 2015, was issued a total of 7,360,000 won at six game places, such as the victim D, etc., as indicated in the attached crime list.
Accordingly, the defendant received property by habitually threatening victims.
