The defendant is innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that there was a conflict between the Defendant and the Victim C before.

On June 1, 2014, the Defendant stolen 1200,000,000 won at the market price from the prefabricated of the victim C (the 45-year-old and South) who is adjacent to the E cafeteria located adjacent to the E cafeteria in Gwangju Mine-gu.

2. Determination:

⑤ Since February 2014, the failure of the relationship between the Defendant and the victim was caused by several criminal complaints, accusationss, civil lawsuits, etc. as a matter of money, automobiles, etc., and the Defendant transferred the television of this case in the building of this case to the Defendant’s house around June 2014.

On the other hand, as to whom TV belongs, the Defendant is the Defendant’s purchase of money in the victim’s residence in the court and the investigative agency.
