Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Jeonju District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 12, 2018.
