A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall issue a transaction request in electronic financial transactions or transfer a means of access used to secure the authenticity and accuracy of users and the details of such transaction in electronic financial transactions unless otherwise specifically provided for in other Acts;

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of electronic financial transactions.

2. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who win at the betting results by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things;

Nevertheless, the Defendant is a member who opened a private sports soil site at a place where it is impossible to identify the names of the Philippines around January 7, 2014.
