A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doging Vehicles) is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle owned by the principal;

At around 14:50 on January 26, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.157% at the market level from the Gohap Terminal to the large-day distribution road located in the Madsan-Seoul Maduk-gu, Soon-si.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving on a gallon) driving a car with the above gallon under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 10km after the Defendant’s house located in D at the time of the above temporary border and again driving the car with the above gallon under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.157% by the Defendant’s house.
