A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person of 2018 shall engage in any act in the form of passenger transport business using a two-wheeled motor vehicle for a special motor vehicle for a truck.

Nevertheless, the Defendant committed an act in the form of passenger transport business using B Kazine 6 trucks as follows.

1. On November 16, 2017, around 08:09, one passenger, who is not in front of the road located in C of Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do, is transported to the same e-mail of the military, and received KRW 5,000 as a fare from passengers, after transporting one passenger, who is not in front of the road.

2. On November 18, 2017, around 09:34, a passenger, who is not taken at a bus terminal located in the Gowon-gun, Gowon-gun, Gowon-gun, Gowon-gun, is transported to the front of the G entrance in the same GunF, and received KRW 7,000,000, for passenger charges, from the following passengers.

3. On November 20, 2017, at around 15:29, one passenger, who is not in front of the I Hospital H located in the Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, was transported before the entrance of the G, and received KRW 5,000 as a fare from passengers, after transporting to the front of the entrance of the G.

Nevertheless, around 16:50 on January 15, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 5,000 as freight from the front distance of the I Hospital located in G in Gangwon-gun to G located in F, J Kaz 6 Doz., and received KRW 5,000 as freight, from the front distance of the I Hospital to G.
