1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 31,46,350 and KRW 31,021,826 among them, from November 5, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

According to the overall purport of the statements and arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the fact that the defendant concluded a credit card membership agreement with the plaintiff and obtained a credit card, and the defendant lost the benefit of time on October 15, 2014 due to delay in payment of the credit card price under the above contract. On November 4, 2014, the credit card price that the defendant did not pay to the plaintiff as of November 4, 2014 is the total amount of 31,021,826 won (= principal amount of KRW 10,200,000,000) and late payment charges (i.e., the principal amount of KRW 112,907, KRW 420,899-Attempted, 89,282 won) and the fact that the agreement was 23% per annum from March 1, 2012.

According to such facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 31,466,350 (=31,021,826 won) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 23% per annum, which is the overdue interest rate from November 5, 2014 to the date of full payment, for the principal amount of KRW 31,021,826 among the principal amount (=31,021,826 won).

(A) The plaintiff's claim in this case is accepted. Thus, the plaintiff's claim in this case is justified.
