The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal in the judgment of the court below (including fine of 4,00,000, and completion of sexual assault treatment programs 40 hours) is deemed to be too uneasible and unfair.

2. In light of the judgment, although the defendant does not recover from damage or agree with the victim, the defendant's primary crime is recognized and reflects each of the crimes of this case, the defendant's primary crime, the circumstances leading up to each of the crimes of this case, the progress and progress thereof, the degree of the indecent act of this case, the defendant's age, occupation, and all other matters concerning sentencing as shown in the records and arguments of this case, the prosecutor's assertion is without merit, since the judgment of the court below is judged to be appropriate.
