A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 3, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapon, etc.) at the Jung-gu District Court on April 3, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at Red Prison on October 4, 2016.

1. On March 9, 2017, the Defendant damaged property: (a) around 03:20, the Defendant: (b) talked with the Defendant in the instant singing practice room, which is managed by the victim D of the victim D of the first floor above, for the following reasons: (c) talked with the Defendant during the period during which the Defendant promised to drink with the Defendant’s instant singing machines; and (d) the Defendant, who is an employee of the said singing machines, did not repeat the said sing machines; (b) cut the receipt book inside the said establishment; (c) laid the gas door on the floor of the said establishment; (d) cut the door by walking with the entrance, string, etc.; and (e) broken the door by having seven ESD monitors in the instant sing practice room.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property such as the receipt of 5,300,000 won in total of the market price owned by the victim and damaged its utility.

2. The Defendant: (a) at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1, on the ground that the victim F (n, 34 years of age) who is an employee of singing room does not singing out the victim F (n, 34 years of age). (b) The Defendant collected gas lines (n, approximately 70 cm, approximately 42 cm in width, approximately 30 cm in thickness), which are dangerous things on the floor, both hand, carried the victim’s face at the right shoulder; (c) the victim’s face is 5 times in consecutive drinking; (d) the victim’s bridge is walking at the port; and (e) the victim’s singleb, etc. with the victim’s hand.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
