The appeal is dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

For the reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court reversed the first instance judgment that found the Defendant guilty on the facts charged of this case, and sentenced the Defendant not guilty.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the above determination by the court below is justifiable.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the obstruction of general traffic and the dispersion order under the Assembly and Demonstration Act.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
