A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 19, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased Benz S40 vehicles at Busan, Busan, Busan, Busan, the 384-1 National Professors Mutual Aid Association of 1384-1, Busan, Busan, and agreed to pay KRW 70,00,000 per month for 36 months; and (b) agreed to pay KRW 2830,000 per month for the said vehicle under the name of the victim.

However, until May 6, 2013, the Defendant paid only KRW 12,570,000 as above, and did not pay the remaining principal and interest of KRW 6,932,000,00,000, and the victim tried to execute the above delivery order on or around May 30, 2013 upon receipt of the delivery order from the Busan District Court on the ground of the mortgage established on the said vehicle, but the Defendant borrowed KRW 25,00,00 from “C” to “other credit service companies” as security, and delivered the said vehicle as security, thereby making it impossible to identify the location of the vehicle.

In this respect, the Defendant concealed the object which is the object of the mortgage, which is the victim's right, and interfered with the exercise of the right.
