1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 47,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from June 15, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings by Partial Dismissal are amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, the portion of the claim for damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum after June 15, 2019 shall be dismissed.
