Punishment of the crime

C On January 18, 2007, the victim D (the age of 24) purchased 7 million won large-sized vehicles in order to change them into other vehicles, and the above C C again returned the vehicle. However, when the above D did not exchange the vehicle, and the contact was cut off without returning the price, the D used to identify the location of D while she was located through E while she was located in the flood, and the D used to search for it with the above E to return the vehicle's price of KRW 7 million.
