1. The Defendants: (a) from January 16, 2015 to July 12, 2016, respectively, to the Plaintiff KRW 34,921,918; and (b) as to the Defendants’ respective KRW 34,921,918.

1. Basic facts

A. The process of concluding the instant lease agreement (1) around June 4, 2012, D payment order was finalized on and around June 4, 2012. Defendant A, a brokerage assistant belonging to the E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, working as a licensed real estate agent, was introduced by the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G apartment 701 square meters (hereinafter “instant apartment”) and 100.8 square meters (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

At the time, the ordinary rent deposit price of the apartment of this case was KRW 350 million and KRW 400 million. However, with respect to the apartment of this case, it was introduced in KRW 200 million as follows as the relation where the establishment registration of the neighboring apartment was completed.

(2) As to the apartment of this case at the time, ① the creation of a mortgage on October 26, 2005, with the maximum debt amount of KRW 283,400,000,000,000 for the Han Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Bank”), the debtor F, and the maximum debt amount of KRW 283,40,000,000,000,000 for the establishment of a mortgage, ② the establishment of a mortgage on February 3, 2010, with the debtor F, and the maximum debt amount of KRW 30,000,000,000,000,000; ③ the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation of Korea (hereinafter “CF”), the debtor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “CF”), on April 29, 201, with the maximum debt amount of KRW 26,000,000,000,000 for the establishment of a mortgage on May 19, 2010

(3) (1) On June 4, 2012, at the J Licensed Real Estate Agent Office (Lessor) operated by Defendant B on June 4, 2012, C perused the registry by consulting the lease agreement with H, Defendant B, and Defendant A, the wife or agent of F or his agent.
