A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

【Criminal Facts】

On November 18, 2019, at around 04:52, the Defendant driven a D horse with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.068% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driving license, from around 04:52 to around 2, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) or (2) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice without obtaining a driver's license.
