Punishment of the crime

On September 10, 2016, at around 09:45, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with 3 km B km from the terump, the front day of the terump 22-gil, to the front day of the 265 Daegu-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul-gu, without a motor vehicle driver's license.
